Classic were called into this project to complete works on CIT’s new entry statement that were begun by a previous builder, requiring our expertise to liaise with all parties and work through multiple details unknown at commencement.

We installed the architectural stonework, constructed the shade structures and bench seating, installed irrigation and landscaping, completed the associated electrical and plumbing works, and applied the right paints for the environment along with an anti-graffiti coating.

As with many inner-city projects, we completed the works while this educational institution was in operation, bringing it in on time with minimal inconvenience or disturbance to the staff or students.

Our client, Cordell, were very happy with the finished product and the high standard applied to every facet of this multi-layered project.
