Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, Butler.
The internal works on this shopping centre refurbishment consisted of wall and ceiling painting, concrete coating, and timber and decorative varnishing. The external works consisted of protective coatings to the feature steel columns and plates, external Weathershield to the tilt panels, and clear sealer to the concrete wall panels.
This project had a crucial timeframe to complete each section on time, that included night-shift work so the shopping centre could remain open in designated sections. Our cohesive team operating methods once again achieved the excellent result required by our client and ensured we had the works completed by their deadline.
