Regent College

Classic were engaged to demolish Regent College’s existing building and construct a two-storey Early Childhood Learning department, additional classrooms, a new two-storey administration block, car park, a post-tension recreation deck above the canteen, installation of a nature playground with a slide so students can move between levels, landscaping to the outdoor dining area, along with high-quality fixtures and finishes to all new areas.

This inner-city Victoria Park location has extremely limited space on the site and is also bounded by existing vegetation, and private and local government infrastructure in this residential area. Works had to be completed while the school was fully operational, requiring a complex works strategy and traffic management plan to successfully complete this project.

Practical Completion was achieved three months early, allowing the school to open their new facilities in time for the beginning of the school year.
