Kennedy Baptist College - STEM centre

This $2.2m project for Kennedy Baptist College in Murdoch for the refurbishment and upgrade of an existing building to convert it into a two-storey STEM centre with a single-story extension included demolition of the existing structure and fittings, a completely new fit out, and installation of a dust extraction system and external paving. The fit-out included wet areas, benches for science classes, partitions, ceilings, benches, metal equipment shelving, and power to facilitate their Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths classes.

All works needed to be completed while the college was operational. We’re proud of our record of safety and meeting all our clients’ specific needs, and doubly proud of the amount of after-hours work we completed and the daily disruptions we worked around so students, staff and parents could safely travel to and from the school.

The project was handed over four weeks before its Practical Completion date to a very happy client who now has a state-of-the-art facility providing students with an amazing new learning environment.
