State-of-the-art training facilty and headquarters

The college is one of the eight public schools in Perth, the Eduwest consortium was awarded to design, build and finance. On completion of the first school, Aveley Secondary College, Classic were also awarded the external and internal painting works at Coastal Lakes College.

Qantas' dedicated Perth transit lounge, located in the newly-built international wing of the Qantas T3 domestic terminal from which the Dreamliner departs.

The Eduwest consortium was awarded a contract to design, build, finance and maintain eight public schools in and around Perth, delivered in 11 stages.

The new training and administration building for South Metropolitan TAFE (formerly Challenger Institute of Technology) sits along Jennalup Street, at the main northern entry road to the Murdoch campus.
