The preliminary works has commenced for Regent College. Classic's have been engaged to build additional classrooms, a new car park and a recreation deck that will reside above the canteen. The concept drawings portray what the new installations will look like upon completion.
The new training and administration building for South Metropolitan TAFE (formerly Challenger Institute of Technology) sits along Jennalup Street, at the main northern entry road to the Murdoch campus. The ground floor contains specialist training facilities (eight salons, a gymnasium and a simulated office), a library, cafe, and student amenities and student services areas. The first floor contains further general and specialist training facilities (a virtual nursery and playgroup, computer laboratories and learning areas). The second floor contains staff offices, meeting and amenities areas.
