The new training and administration building for South Metropolitan TAFE (formerly Challenger Institute of Technology) sits along Jennalup Street, at the main northern entry road to the Murdoch campus. The ground floor contains specialist training facilities (eight salons, a gymnasium and a simulated office), a library, cafe, and student amenities and student services areas. The first floor contains further general and specialist training facilities (a virtual nursery and playgroup, computer laboratories and learning areas). The second floor contains staff offices, meeting and amenities areas.
Latitude Leighton Beach is a recently completed unique beachside apartment development in North Fremantle just a few minutes from the heart of cosmopolitan Fremantle.
It compromises of two, five storey buildings designed to complement the surrounding coastal environment and community.
Applying industrial protective coatings for this Claisebrook Cove bridge involved painting the underside of the bridge from a suspended scaffold over the Swan River in line with environmental considerations.
Industrial protective coating. This project was completed using self-propelled telescopic booms with 30% of the job being completed at a height over 70 feet. This called for careful movement and planning to complete areas of steel work that had been erected adjacent to the road side.

The Woolstores heritage building dates back to 1923 with a 4th floor added in 1944. Rich in history, Match have breathed new life into this iconic building for generations to come. The historic apartments with its saw-tooth roof, century old jarrah beams, exposed brickwork and 3.6m high ceilings has been magnificently restored thus stealing the show at the WA Heritage Awards, winning the Conservation & Adpative Reuse category and the Gerry Gauntlett Award.
