A comprehensive safety management policy is outlined within this induction to ensure a safe working environment is maintained for the mutual benefit of employees, clients, the public and any outside personnel engaged by the company. People are our most important asset and their health and safety is our greatest responsibility.
It is our aim to achieve a working environment that is free of work related accidents and ill-health and, to this end, we will pursue continuing improvements. Compliance with statutory requirements and codes of practice is mandatory and all employees are reminded of the legal obligation to ensure that they do not endanger the health and safety of themselves and others.
